Description

A comforting fusion of spaghetti and tacos, featuring ground beef, colorful vegetables, and creamy cheese sauce baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, corn, etc.)
  • 1 cup creamy cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and add the mixed vegetables and black beans, cooking until heated through.
  5. Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until everything is well combined.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture in a large bowl, stirring until coated.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
