Description

Indulge in these Sugar-Free Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies that combine rich chocolate flavors with creamy swirls, perfect for health-conscious eaters.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s Natural cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1/2 cup Wholesome allulose
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tbsp Kerrygold unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz Lily’s dark chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips, folded in whole
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla powder
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 4 oz Philadelphia light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto powdered monk fruit
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch metal pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the two large eggs, egg white, and allulose on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the melted butter, cooled melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, and vanilla, mixing until silky smooth.
  4. Fold in the almond flour, sifted cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Stir in the whole Lily’s chocolate chips lightly.
  6. Beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, monk fruit powder, egg white, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Pour three-quarters of the brownie batter into your prepared pan.
  8. Spoon dollops of the chilled cream cheese mixture across the top.
  9. Drop the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Swirl the mixtures together with a butter knife.
  11. Bake for 29 to 33 minutes until edges are set.
  12. Cool the brownies completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

These brownies can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container. Try adding different mix-ins like nuts or coconut for variations.
