Ingredients
Scale
- 150g Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Organic Valley heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Wholesome allulose
- 1 tsp refined coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla powder
Instructions
- Start by lining a 4×4-inch square metal pan with parchment paper, ensuring you leave an overhang on all sides.
- Next, place the Lily’s chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy cream and allulose. Stir until dissolved and steaming, but do not boil.
- Once steaming, pour the cream over the chocolate chips and let sit for two minutes.
- After two minutes, gently stir until smooth and glossy.
- Incorporate the coconut oil and vanilla until fully blended.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least three hours until firm.
- Once firm, lift out using parchment overhang and cut into 16 cubes with a warm dry knife.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
These squares keep well for up to a week in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months.
