A delightful winter cake with rich chocolate layers and fluffy marshmallow frosting, topped with sweetened shredded coconut.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the marshmallow fluff.
- Layer one cake on a serving plate, add frosting, then top with the second layer and frost the top and sides.
- Press the shredded coconut into the frosting for a snowy effect.
- Slice and serve to enjoy!
Notes
For best results, chill the heavy cream before whipping. You can customize the frosting with vanilla or add fresh fruits as decoration.
