Description

Delight in the whimsical indulgence of S’mores Popcorn Balls, combining the best elements of popcorn, chocolate, and marshmallow into a fun treat.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups popcorn (popped)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the popped popcorn with graham cracker crumbs in a mixing bowl until coated.
  2. Start melting the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and graham crumbs, mixing well.
