Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast snugly in your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle in the sliced onion and minced garlic.
