Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and pretzel crumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg, and press it into the pretzel crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
