Description

A no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy peanut butter filling and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Graham crackers (for layering)
  • Milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ½ cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl, blending until smooth.
  2. Fold in 2 cups of whipped cream using a rubber spatula.
  3. Create the first layer by placing graham crackers at the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
