- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Graham crackers (for layering)
- Milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, ½ cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl, blending until smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups of whipped cream using a rubber spatula.
- Create the first layer by placing graham crackers at the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
- Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
