Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs (e.g., parsley or dill)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. Prepare the dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine ingredients: Fold in cooled pasta, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion with the dressing.
  4. Adjust seasoning: Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.
  5. Chill: Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
