Description

Delight in these chewy, caramel-glazed cookie bites that combine rich chocolate, nutty oats, and toasted coconut without the need for baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded coconut, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat and coconut mix, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form small bites from the mixture, placing them on the sheet.
