A healthier take on classic coleslaw with a creamy dressing and no added sugar, featuring crisp cabbage and carrots.
Ingredients

- 6 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 medium carrot, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp white onion, minced
- 1/3 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise with no added sugar
- 2 tbsp Wholesome powdered allulose
- 2 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage very finely and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Grate the carrot using the fine side of a box grater.
- Mince the onion finely.
- Combine the chopped cabbage, shredded carrot, and minced onion in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, powdered allulose, white vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss.
- Chill for 2-4 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, toss again and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
Can be prepared ahead of time; improves in flavor after a day in the fridge. Use a food processor for quick slicing if needed, but avoid overprocessing.
