Description
A deliciously spiced butter chicken without refined sugar, featuring a rich sauce and tender chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp oat fiber
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated allulose
- 1 tbsp no-added-sugar hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pat chicken completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss chicken with oat fiber, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and cook for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in allulose, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and water.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss until fully coated.
- Remove from heat and scatter green onions on top.
Notes
For a richer flavor, chicken thighs can be used. If desired, add diced vegetables during cooking.
