Description

Spicy, savory, and utterly satisfying sliders filled with shredded chicken, cheese, jalapeños, and ranch dressing, baked until melty and golden.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked)
  • 1 cup cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fresh or pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • 1012 buttery Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, jalapeños, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture generously onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Cap off with the top halves of the rolls, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  7. Cut apart and serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead by assembling sliders in advance and refrigerating until ready to bake. For a quicker option, use an air fryer at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
