Spicy, savory, and utterly satisfying sliders filled with shredded chicken, cheese, jalapeños, and ranch dressing, baked until melty and golden.

- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked)
- 1 cup cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup fresh or pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 10–12 buttery Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, jalapeños, and cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture generously onto the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Cap off with the top halves of the rolls, pressing down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Cut apart and serve immediately.
Notes
Make-ahead by assembling sliders in advance and refrigerating until ready to bake. For a quicker option, use an air fryer at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
