Description

A delightful dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the kick of black pepper for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, black pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Using a basting brush, coat the honey pepper mixture over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in the honey pepper mixture a few hours in advance for deeper flavor. Consider using an air fryer for a crispy outside.
