High in protein and bursting with flavor, these frozen bites combine creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter for a nourishing snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added crunch.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or dollop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
These bites can be customized with different nut butters and flavors. Use a silicone ice cube tray for smaller portions and consider adding spices for extra flavor.
