Description

High in protein and bursting with flavor, these frozen bites combine creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter for a nourishing snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added crunch.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or dollop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for at least 120 minutes until solid.
  5. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These bites can be customized with different nut butters and flavors. Use a silicone ice cube tray for smaller portions and consider adding spices for extra flavor.
