Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the sliced beef in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets on a sheet pan.
