Description

A flavorful dish featuring marinated chicken in a spicy harissa blend that offers a delightful balance of warmth and zest.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and whisk until blended.
  2. Coat the chicken in the marinade, covering all sides, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet with space in between.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with cilantro before serving.
