- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped

- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until golden brown, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
- Sauté aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add potatoes: Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in vegetables and seasonings: Add diced tomatoes and chopped bell pepper. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Melt the cheese: If using, sprinkle cheese over the hash and cover until melted.
- Serve and garnish: Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
