Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the steak strips to the marinade, coating each piece, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak strips from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
- Place the steak strips onto the hot grill pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
