Description

A vibrant salad featuring fresh strawberries, creamy feta cheese, and mixed greens, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare strawberries by rinsing and slicing them.
  2. Toss the mixed greens in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries to the greens.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
  5. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Dress the salad with the dressing and toss gently.
  7. Serve immediately in a beautiful serving bowl.

Notes

For optimal texture, slice strawberries right before serving and wash all fruits thoroughly.
