- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze, optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients: Fold in the Greek yogurt and applesauce until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough: Transfer it onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangle approximately 1/4-inch thick.
- Add the filling: Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the dough.
- Shape the rolls: Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 1-inch thick slices.
- Bake the rolls: Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush them with melted butter, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze (optional): Mix the powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over the warm rolls.
