Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place the Dutch oven inside to warm up.
- Mix the flour, yogurt, sour cream, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Adjust the consistency by adding water if the dough feels too dry.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the loaf to the preheated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the bread for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Consider letting the dough rest in the fridge overnight for improved flavor. You can also use an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) if a Dutch oven is not available.
