Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until fragrant.
- Sauté the onions until soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and stir for a minute before introducing the beef; cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Scramble the eggs in the cleared area of the pan and mix them back in with the beef.
