Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb beef (cubed or sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until fragrant.
  2. Sauté the onions until soft and translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir for a minute before introducing the beef; cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the cleared area of the pan and mix them back in with the beef.
  5. Incorporate the cooked rice and mixed vegetables until warmed through.
  6. Flavor it up by drizzling soy sauce and adjusting salt and pepper.
