- 8 ounces Noodles (egg noodles or udon)
- 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 Carrot (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
- 2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger in the hot oil for about 30 seconds.
- Brown the sliced chicken, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Incorporate teriyaki and soy sauce, stirring to coat chicken and veggies.
- Combine the noodles, tossing for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
