Description

A delightful stir-fry of tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and rich teriyaki noodles, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • 8 ounces Noodles (egg noodles or udon)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Carrot (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and ginger in the hot oil for about 30 seconds.
  4. Brown the sliced chicken, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Incorporate teriyaki and soy sauce, stirring to coat chicken and veggies.
  7. Combine the noodles, tossing for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
