Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat: Heat your skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, stirring in the taco seasoning until fully cooked.
  2. Combine ingredients: In your crockpot, mix the cooked ground beef with pasta or rice, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chopped bell peppers.
