Description

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Prepare the ranch sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix into the same skillet. Simmer gently to meld flavors.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream: Whisk in the heavy cream slowly while stirring to achieve a creamy consistency. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine chicken and sauce: Return the seared chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy ranch sauce. Heat through for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken and serve hot.

Notes
