Description

A delightful dessert combining cinnamon rolls and caramelized apples, wrapped in layers that create a warm and indulgent experience.


Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Roll Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 Cups Apples (preferably tart varieties like Granny Smith, peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 Cup Icing (made from powdered sugar mixed with milk or cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare apples by tossing sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Layer the baking dish with pieces of cinnamon roll dough, apple mixture, and drizzle caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cinnamon roll dough on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of icing over the top and serve warm.

Notes

Assemble layers the night before and refrigerate for baking right before serving. For quicker preparation, consider using an air fryer.
