- 100g Sourdough Starter
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 100g Water
- 50g Sugar
Instructions
- Combine 100g all-purpose flour, 50g cocoa powder, and 50g sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add 100g of your active sourdough starter and 100g of water to the mixture. Blend until smooth and free from dry patches.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours until bubbly and doubled in size.
Notes
Make-ahead: Create your starter a day or two in advance for deeper flavor. Consider adding cinnamon or tiny chocolate chips for extra flair.
