Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish thoroughly.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously on top.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Prepare the mixture a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Consider using an air fryer for smaller portions.
