Description

A comforting casserole featuring seasoned beef, creamy hashbrowns, and a crunchy Doritos topping, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of hashbrowns
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 cups Doritos (crushed)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until combined.
  4. Combine the hashbrowns, beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and crushed Doritos.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
