Description

These crispy Broccoli Fritters combine healthy ingredients with delicious flavors for a perfect snack or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, all-purpose flour, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form fritters by dropping dollops of the mixture into the skillet and gently flattening them.
  4. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm as a snack, side dish, or light meal.

Notes

For an air-fried version, cook at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes. For added flavor, consider including grated carrots or spices.
