- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- Butter for brushing
- Hollandaise sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Stir in the flour, salt, and egg until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until it doubles in size, about 60 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick and smooth spread scrambled eggs, diced ham, and cheese over it.
- Roll tightly from one edge and slice into even sections.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with hollandaise sauce if desired before serving.

You can customize these rolls using turkey bacon or spinach for a veggie version.
