Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  2. Combine the brie, cream cheese, honey, blueberries, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the poppers and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until jalapeños are tender and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add ins like crumbled bacon.
