Description

Delicious protein balls that bring the nostalgic flavor of birthday cake batter with a healthy twist, perfect for snacks or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Scoops (50g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Rainbow Sprinkles
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds until warm and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in the protein powder, salt, and your choice of extract until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles carefully to keep their color intact.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon-sized portion of the dough and roll it into a ball.
  5. Refrigerate the tray for at least 20 minutes to firm up the balls.

Notes

For different textures, feel free to roll the balls in extra sprinkles or mix in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
