Description

A rich and creamy dish featuring tender rotini pasta enveloped in a luxurious garlic Parmesan sauce, complemented by hearty ground beef.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Create the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine and season: Fold the cooked rotini into the sauce, season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot: Transfer to serving plates and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

You can prepare the sauce a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Consider adding vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
