Description

Succulent salmon bites coated in a creamy and spicy sauce, perfect for a cozy dinner or a lively gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce until thoroughly covered, and let marinate for a few minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
  4. Cook the salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
