Description

Savory baked sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, juicy ham, and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 slices Sliced Ham
  • 8 slices Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and set the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham generously over the bottom halves, followed by an ample helping of cheese.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, finely chopped onion, and poppy seeds. Spread this mixture over the cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and press gently.
  6. Combine melted butter and garlic powder in another bowl and apply this over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead: Assemble sliders in advance and refrigerate. Bake right before serving.
