Description

These Viral Crispy Shredded Beef Tacos are a delicious twist on traditional tacos, featuring tender beef, creamy guacamole, and a zesty kick from lime.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 lime, zested

Instructions
