- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens (optional)
- Feta cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated in the tzatziki sauce.
- Gently mix in the halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion.
- If using, place mixed greens in a serving bowl and add the tzatziki chicken salad on top.
- Crumble feta cheese over the top if desired.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
