Description

A comforting breakfast bowl filled with crispy tater tots, savory bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and gooey cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 bottle Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden, about 25-30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add bacon slices and cook until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease and crumble into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble until soft curds form.
  4. In a bowl, layer the baked tater tots, top with scrambled eggs, and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the warm ingredients to allow it to melt.
