- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- While the eggs are baking, toast the English muffins until golden brown.
- Once the eggs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Place the baked egg muffins on top of the toasted muffins.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
