- 12 oz spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 crusty bread bowls
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare bread bowls by cutting off the tops and hollowing them out.
- Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with marinara sauce.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until bread is crispy.
- Garnish with parsley if desired, serve warm.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, add roasted vegetables or mushrooms. You can also use gluten-free pasta and bread.
