Description

Indulge in comfort with flavorful spaghetti served in crispy garlic bread bowls.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 crusty bread bowls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Toss cooked spaghetti with garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Prepare bread bowls by cutting off the tops and hollowing them out.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with marinara sauce.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until bread is crispy.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired, serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, add roasted vegetables or mushrooms. You can also use gluten-free pasta and bread.
