- 28 ounces canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Add the spaghetti and stir, cooking until al dente.
- Prepare the meatballs: In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper gently.
- Brown the meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the meatballs until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, add canned tomatoes and tomato paste, seasoning with Italian seasoning. Let simmer.
