- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 400°F (200°C) or heat your oven to the same temperature.
- Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a flat surface.
- In the center of the foil, layer the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle spices evenly over the top.
- Add pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
- Seal the foil packet tightly to ensure no steam escapes.
- Cook the packet on the grill or oven for about 15–20 minutes until shrimp are opaque and potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the packet and squeeze lemon slices over the contents before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
