Description

A delightful Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packet Dinner infused with smoky spices and tender flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to 400°F (200°C) or heat your oven to the same temperature.
  2. Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a flat surface.
  3. In the center of the foil, layer the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle spices evenly over the top.
  5. Add pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
  6. Seal the foil packet tightly to ensure no steam escapes.
  7. Cook the packet on the grill or oven for about 15–20 minutes until shrimp are opaque and potatoes are tender.
  8. Carefully open the packet and squeeze lemon slices over the contents before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
