- 0.5 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup green onions (chopped)
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone mold thoroughly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook your sausage until well-browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the cooled sausage, shredded cheese, and green onions.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling them 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until puffy and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
