Description

Delightful roll-ups combining savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and flaky crescent roll dough for a perfect breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, separating the triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, scramble the eggs until fluffy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the crumbled sausage in a skillet until warm and crispy.
  5. Combine the sausage with the scrambled eggs in the bowl.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end, pinching the edges to seal.
  8. Place the roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with hot sauce or sour cream.
