Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, separating the triangles.
- In a mixing bowl, scramble the eggs until fluffy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the crumbled sausage in a skillet until warm and crispy.
- Combine the sausage with the scrambled eggs in the bowl.
- Spoon a generous amount of the mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly from the wide end, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the roll-ups on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
