- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
