Description

Juicy chicken wings coated in a vibrant pineapple and teriyaki glaze, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
