Description

Pineapple Cowboy Candy Chicken Wings are a delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for any gathering or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting.
  5. Grill the wings for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade.
  6. Once cooked through and crispy, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha to the marinade.
  • These wings can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
  • Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
