Pineapple Cowboy Candy Chicken Wings are a delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for any gathering or game day.

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Remove the wings from the marinade and reserve the marinade for basting.
- Grill the wings for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade.
- Once cooked through and crispy, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more sriracha to the marinade.
- These wings can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
