- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Combine the pork, pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
- Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with remaining BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
