Description

Juicy pork tenderloin skewers glazed with sweet BBQ sauce and paired with fresh pineapple and colorful vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the pork, pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
  5. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Thread the marinated pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  7. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Brush with remaining BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
