Description

Pecan Cream Pie is a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of pecans and a smooth filling, topped with whipped cream for a delightful finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
